The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is the school’s plan of action. It outlines our priorities in a structured way so that the school makes the planned rate of progress. It provides a benchmark against which this progress is monitored. It is backed up by a programme of initiatives and projects designed to continue improving standards of achievement and the quality of educational experiences, which we offer our children. The SIP is reported on at every Governing Body meeting.
Our School Improvement Plan runs from September to July. In the Summer Term we consult with all members of the school community to decide on our priorities for improvement for the next year and produce the plan.
