We are currently recruiting for a School Business Manager

 

Role:  School Business Manager

Grade: ME12 to ME14, depending on experience

Salary: £40,833 - £51,093 (prorated to £37,331 - £46,711)

Weeks Per Year: 41 (term time + inset days + 2 weeks)

Hours Per Week: 35

Start Date: As soon as possible

Closing Date: 9am, Monday 18th March with interviews in w/c 25th March

 

The School Business Manager is the school's leading support staff professional and works as part of the Senior Leadership team to assist the Headteacher in the duty to ensure that the school meets its educational aims.  The successful candidate will promote the highest standards of professional ethos within the school and will also provide strategic vision and strong leadership in all aspects of school administration

You will have:

  • outstanding interpersonal, leadership and time management skills
  • experience in finance, procurement, HR, facilities management and health & safety
  • excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • strong IT skills and experience of relevant systems e.g. Excel, SIMS and FMS (or equivalent)
  • a relevant business management degree and/ or a recognised business management professional qualification
