PARENTS, please be aware that Parentmail does keep going off line but do keep trying as it comes online intermittently.

Welcome to Holy Trinity C of E Primary School

March 2020

We find ourselves in strange times where teaching and learning looks different than it ever has before. We are a school that is passionate about promoting all aspects of healthy living; a healthy mind, healthy body including the physical and emotional well-being, the encouragement of a healthy, nutritional diet, inner peace and continuous pastoral care.

Every single child in this country has had their learning disrupted and may not make the progress they would have if they were in school. That is okay. When we are back in school we will correct that. Please do not enter into arguments about learning with your children, resist the need to provide a structured school day at home and concentrate on what parents do best, nurturing our children.

When normality finally returns our pupils' emotional and mental health will be far more important than their academic skills, and they will remember more of how they felt in these unprecedented times, rather than what they learnt.

We will continue to provide teaching and learning opportunities throughout this time but playing board games, cooking, reading stories to each other and dancing to music will also provide your children with important learning opportunities for life.

We miss you all and pray for your good health in the coming weeks.
